Rocksteady Promotions is currently seeking an energetic, forward-thinking, and passionate team player to join our Recruiting & Human Resources team. As a Recruiting Interviewer and Human Resources Assistant, you will actively receive full training and apply new skill sets and knowledge from day one. We pride ourselves on our ability to develop others, starting with our recruitment team.

As an Entry Level Recruiter & Human Resources Assistant, you will have an incredible impact as one of the first points of contact and first impression for all candidates. You will play a significant role throughout the interviewing process by shaping our company culture and finding individuals who embody our core values and customer-focused mission. Finding the right people for the right position is the first line of defense to providing great customer service.

 

Entry Level Recruiter & Human Resources Assistant Core Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions by screening resumes, qualifying applicants, scheduling applicants for Zoom interviews, and hiring final candidates
  • Meet with candidates who apply to positions in your assigned sector and conduct preliminary Zoom interviews to assess a candidate's skill sets, competence, and ability to thrive in our organization
  • Manage applicant flow and document the applicants appropriately in our company's ATS
  • Maintain an excellent candidate experience with responsiveness and follow through for each candidate no matter what part of the interview process they may be in
  • Move-qualified candidates through the recruitment pipeline while maintaining constant contact and following all HR protocols
  • Build incredible relationships with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process to ensure high closure rates at the end of the recruiting funnel
  • Assist with all new start and onboarding procedures
  • Additional projects as assigned

 

Entry Level Recruiter & Human Resources Assistant Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of recruiting or sales experience; corporate recruitment experience is a plus
  • 1 year recruiting experience in a competitive environment is strongly suggested
  • Experience as an in-house/Corporate Recruiter is a plus but not required due to our thorough training provided in house
  • Possess outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must be friendly, outgoing, and authentically personable
  • Have the ability to thrive in both team and independent work environments
  • Flexible working hours for short term deadlines
